Perhatian Kepada ADMIN (PK/GK HEM) & GURU KELAS
1. KELAS PRA SEKOLAH
Data murid pra sekolah (sedia ada) TIDAK perlu dikemaskini
Kelas pra sekolah yang baru TIDAK PERLU diwujudkan dalam APDM (Tambah Kelas)
2. MAKLUMAT IBU/BAPA/PENJAGA
Tidak perlu dikemaskini maklumat ibu/bapa/penjaga sehingga Isnin – 20/2/2012 kerana ada ‘table’ yang akan dikemaskini oleh KPM terutamanya No.KP ibu/bapa/penjaga
3. TINDAKAN SEGERA PERLU DIBUAT OLEH ADMIN & GURU KELAS
GURU KELAS
1. Pastikan bilangan murid dalam kelas mencukupi
2. Kemaskini dahulu maklumat murid untuk kegunaan SAPS dalam masa terdekat ini.
3. Maklumat ibu/bapa/penjaga boleh dibuat kemudian sekiranya ada masalah pengisian – No.KP (terutamanya No.KP Tentera / Polis / Nopassport)
ADMIN
1. Sekiranya guru kelas telah siap kemaskini bilangan murid dan maklumat murid dalam kelas masing-masing. Admin dikehendaki mengesahkan kelas
tersebut dengan segera. Data ini akan digunakan dalam Aplikaasi SAPS
2. Maklumat ibu / bapa / penjaga boleh dikemaskini kemdian sebelum 24 Februari 2012
